Students at Central Middle School had some fierce competition last week during the Raider Time March Madness Basketball Tournament! Raider time is all about creating connections for students.
Class of 2024 - Senior Spotlight: Ryan Feltmann
Fifth-grade connections students finished up their wood duck houses before spring break. Each student gets to take theirs home to hang up. With the generous donation of lumber, we were able to make some extra houses! Fifth graders will be gifting 2 of them to Long Lake Conservation Center when they head up for their annual overnight trip at the end of April.
A huge thank you to Haggenmiller Lumber for all of the cedar boards! We also want to thank Chad and Julia Braun for cutting all the lumber and for donating hardware. Jim Mesik was also a big help in allowing us to use the cordless drills, ensuring they were charged and ready to go each week.

This month the PreK program did a Healthy Me Unit where students were able to learn about how their bodies work, healthy eating and a Workout Wednesday full of exercise. Students had a great time rotating through the hallways and classrooms doing circuits, Sweating to the Oldies, an obstacle course, riding trikes, and Cosmic Yoga!
Thursday, March 28 marks the end of Q3 and students will be released early!

There will be a Fishing Club meeting TONIGHT; Monday 3/25/24 at 7:00 PM in the High School Media Center.
*Fishing Club is for Students currently in grades 6-12.
Students interested in joining should attend with a parent for information on the upcoming season. **We will be looking to establish coaches and boat captains.

Class of 2024 - Senior Spotlight: Aiden Wachholz
Preschool students recently learned about dental health, going to the doctor and how to care for a cold. They also learned about exercise with rotations through the preschool classrooms doing yoga, sweating to the oldies, obstacle courses, workout circuits and best of all riding trikes in the halls!
