The NYA West Carver Lions club donated 85 diabetes kits containing glucose gel pouches, glucose tablets, cheese crackers, and a card containing an algorithm for the treatment of hypoclycemia all placed in a zippered pencil pouch.
These were presented to Central Schools and St. John's Lutheran School to be placed in the classrooms, other vital areas throughout the schools and in all the buses.
